Linbrook Public School is located in a beautiful area of southeast Oakville, Ontario (CANADA). We are a JK through Grade 5 school. We take pride in our students' achievements including their level of responsibility for being thoughtful and helpful in all areas of life.
The Linbrook school community offers a unique bilingual educational program in a beautiful historical building. The friendship and dedication of families similar to the traditions of the old schoolhouse continue to be an integral part of the Linbrook beliefs and values. Throughout this website, we will highlight the commitment of people who work together to provide a warm and caring learning environment for children.
Our Linbrook Staff is highly dedicated to giving our students the best possible program on a daily basis. As a staff we plan together to provide students with exciting and meaningful learning opportunities that will assist them throughout life. Our school mission statement is our vision ...... we are "Working together to provide a challenging bilingual education in a supportive, encouraging environment".
Our Linbrook staff welcomes and encourages parents to use every opportunity to keep themselves informed about school programs and student progress. We value parent input in making our school the best that it can be. We have been recognized as a school that encourages volunteerism. It is due to the large involvement of our Linbrook parents that we have been able to enhance our programs through additional learning experiences. Here are just a few of the ways that our Linbrook parents volunteer and assist us on a daily basis: Library Volunteers; Lunch at School Program; All Star Reading; Lunchroom Supervisors; Storytime Readers during Nutrition Breaks, House Leagues, Holiday Shop; School Council; Yearbook Committee and the list goes on.
We take pride in Linbrook but our greatest pride is in the day to day interactions and achievements of our students. As a staff and as a community we celebrate our students many successes.
