Welcome to Miss Napier's web site!
Hi everyone! Welcome to my website. I am extremely excited to be entering my third year at James W. Hill. This school is a fantastic environment to work within and it will definitely be great to see the familiar faces of students, parents, and colleagues, as well as to get to know some new ones!
This year I will be continuing my role as teacher-librarian as well as supporting our school's reading program. I have added resources for supporting reading to this website, so please take some time to check them out. Please feel free to email me at any time with questions or concerns at napiert@hdsb.ca. I value parent and student feedback in order to ensure the success of all students.
As you all know, we have a fabulous and unique shared-facility library. In my role as teacher-librarian, I will be working with the students of James W. Hill to encourage good reading practices. Please make sure to drop by and check out what the Clearview library has to offer! Also, if any parents are looking for a way to get involved within the school, the library is a great place to start. It is always helpful to have parents assist in shelving or checking out books to students. Please contact me at my email address above if you are interested in volunteering in the school library.
